Ingredients
24 oreos
3 tbsp melted butter
3 pack cream cheese (250g)
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
Recipe
Crush 16 cookies and add butter. Mix well and press in a 9″ spring form pan.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla. Add eggs one at a time. Chop the remaining 8 cookies and gently stir in half. Pour the remaining cookies over the cake as sprinkles.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes (until the centre is almost set). Cool and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
