Ingredients
2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp salt
3 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ginger
4 eggs slightly beaten
1 can of pumpkin (large)
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup cream
Recipe
Mix together thoroughly the brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Stir in the eggs and add the pumpkin, blending well. Stir in milk and cream. Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes then reduce to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and continue baking for 25 minutes.
